Chris, played by Taylor Mercado Owen, is a Kubrick mega fan; Danny (Rio Soliz Ragazzone) is an engIneer working in data entry, wanting an IT job. The third person, Howard (Ben Auxier), a philosophy professor, is the curiosity in the room in a comatose state. Chris tries to open up conversation of Kubrick being a genius to a timid Danny who knows seemingly nothing of the famous director, though he had seen “Full Metal Jacket” when he was 12 with his father.
Chris, an avid fan whose dad introduced him to the director and who has since immersed himself with a passion, worships Kubrick, memorizing all his films in detail, which he proceeds to enact. Then the curtain opens and Chris enters in….
All this takes place with geometric precision in the enclosed enclave, each short abstract scene with yoga pose/stretch-like movements.
