Taste of Saint Gertrude Church 2019
Saint Gertrude Church held their annual Taste on August 17 and 18, 2019. There was a wide variety of food from around the world as well as song and dance. A great time was had by all that attended.
Looney Train Performing at North Park’s Summer Concert Series
On July 30, 2019 Looney Train took the stage for the final concert of the season for North Park’s Summer Concert Series. It was truly a rockin’ evening of 60’s, 70’s and 80’s rock and roll.

This past summer Rosie and The Rivets and Midwest Dueling Pianos performed at the Summer Concert Series at North Park in Franklin Park. Here is a short video from the two performances.
Yorkville, Illinois Independence Day Festivities
Here is a video that I recorded and edited of the Yorkville, Illinois Fourth of July Parade. This is an event that I attend every year with my wife, daughter and two granddaughters. It is a nice way to celebrate our country’s birthday and independence.

Summer Concert Series at North Park had a great lineup this year including Beach Bum Band, Spoken Four, R Gang, Rosie and The Rivets, Midwest Dueling Pianos and Looney Train. We missed out on Dancing Queen because of the weather. Here is a video that I put together of Beach Bum Band and Spoken Four.
The Harp Twins Performing at Poplar Creek in Streamwood,IL.
On June 23, 2019 I attended a performance by the Harp Twins at Poplar Creek Library in Streamwood. Here is a photo of Camille and Kennerly, The Harp Twins, and myself. One of the songs they performed that afternoon was White Wedding by Billy Idol.
Civil War Days at Fischer Farm in Bensenville, IL.
The weekend of June 22 through June 23, 2019 Fischer Farm in Bensenville, IL held their annual Civil War Days. It was a very interesting event and very educational. The video that I recorded and edited features the song When Johnny Comes Marching Home performed on guitar and drum and then on a hammered dulcimer.
Franklin Park Fest 2019 Featuring Family Fun Day and Railroad Day
